What moves the number

Five things do most of the work when we quote a party:

  • Headcount. Twenty guests and a hundred and fifty guests need very different throughput. More people usually means a second operator or a second press so nobody waits too long for a drink-in-hand reveal.
  • Hours. A two-hour bridal shower and a five-hour launch night are priced differently — the crew and station are yours for the window.
  • Pieces. Soft tees, totes, and structured caps each carry a different blank cost, and premium garments nudge it up.
  • Artwork. A simple monogram menu is quick to build; a fully custom, multi-design set takes more prep before the party.
  • Location. Local Southern California parties skip the travel fee; Las Vegas and farther-out venues add the flat $900.

The honest move is to send us the date, the city, and a rough headcount. We'll quote the right station instead of guessing from a generic table — and the quote always spells out pieces, crew, setup, and teardown so nothing hides.

Pricing questions

How much is a sip-and-print party?

Every party is quoted to the space, headcount, and hours, but a hosted local station typically starts around $5,000 for a short private party. That includes the presses, the crew, the blanks, setup, and teardown. Bigger headcounts, longer runs, or multiple stations move it up from there.

Is staffing included in that?

Yes — our operators come with the station. If you want extra hands to keep a big crowd flowing quickly, additional staffing runs about $250 per hour per operator, quoted up front so there are no surprises.

Do you charge for travel?

Local parties in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego have no travel fee. Events outside that home range — including Las Vegas — add a flat $900 travel fee to cover the crew getting the gear there and back.
