How to plan a sip-and-print party that runs itself.
A live-printing party looks effortless when it's done right, and the reason is planning that happens before anyone shows up. Here's the short checklist we walk every host through.
Space and power
Set aside a corner of roughly 8 by 8 feet — a spot guests can gather around without blocking the flow of the party. The station needs two standard outlets nearby. Backyards, lofts, rooftops, and rented venues all work; we adapt the layout to your room.
Headcount and timing
Give us a realistic guest count and the hours you want the bar open. Twenty to sixty guests is easy for a single station; larger crowds get a second press so the line stays short. Plan the printing bar to open a little after guests arrive, once the room has warmed up.
The design menu
Decide the theme early. Send us your artwork, a monogram, or an idea, and we'll build a tight menu — four to six strong designs — plus sizing on soft Bella+Canvas tees, totes, and caps. A focused menu keeps the line fast and every piece looking intentional.
Drinks
This part's on you or your venue. We run the printing bar, not the drinks bar, and we don't serve alcohol or bartend — so you're free to pour whatever fits the night, from mocktails to a full bar.
The day itself
Our crew arrives ahead of guests, sets up in under an hour, runs the station and the reveals, and handles teardown. Your only job is to host. If you can picture the corner and the crowd, you can picture the party — tell us the date and we'll handle the rest.
Turn the idea into a party
We'll build the menu, bring the presses, and run the night. You pour the drinks.
