Question
How much does a sip-and-print party cost?
A hosted local station typically starts around $5,000 for a private party, all-in — presses, crew, blanks, setup, and teardown included. What moves it up or down is headcount, hours, pieces, and where you are.
What's included in the base price?
The station itself, the blanks guests print on, the operators who run it, and both setup and teardown. You're booking a complete experience for a window of time, not renting a machine and figuring out the rest yourself.
Why isn't there a flat per-shirt price?
Because a party isn't a print order. Two hours with 30 guests and five hours with 120 guests need different crews and throughput. Quoting to your actual headcount and hours is the only way to be honest about the number.
What about staffing for a big crowd?
Extra operators run about $250 per hour each and keep the line moving when you've got a large or fast-arriving crowd. We'll recommend whether you need a second press so nobody waits too long between drinks.
Is there a travel fee?
Local parties in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego have no travel fee. Anything outside that home range — Las Vegas included — adds a flat $900 to cover getting the gear there and back.
How do I get an exact number?
Send us the date, the city, and a rough headcount. We'll come back with a station setup and a quote that spells out pieces, crew, setup, and teardown, so there's nothing hidden. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
